I had brilliant food for breakfast for additional fee. Incredible and amazing location, it was minutes from a bus station.

The location was quiet and best possible for destinations we were going to. It was easy to find, as it's minute drive from a bus station. The room was a nice size, featured free WiFi and a kettle.

No complaints, the venue met needs, totally recommend it. Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and spotless room. The location was amazing, near a main street and a national park. Cafés and restaurants were located near the hotel.
The staff - some of them were poorly trained.

The units are beautifully decorated, spotless with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel is set in a lovely and stunning location just next door to town centre, center of Zakopane and the ski area. Would love to stay here again for a weekend.

Enjoyed our big rooms, plus the staff was pleasant. The food was brilliant - plenty of options. The location was marvellous and beautiful for traveling around Zakopane, just off the centre, and krupowki street. It also was pretty close to the center.

Thanks guys for a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Efficient staff, the breakfasts are satisfactory for additional fee. The location is particularly good, to the national park. There's cool Bar Zakret at a medium distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Greatly enjoyed my absolutely amazing stay for 5 nights. The room was beautifully decorated and bright, it had a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really big and the balcony had splendid views of the mountains.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the value for money was incredible. For a very reasonable price, I got a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The view was absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of my stay. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were attentive to detail and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The basic amenities in the room were also very well-maintained, especially the comfortable beds which ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the location of this hotel in the city center was perfect. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and the town centre itself.
All was great, no improvements needed.
